Buffalo Wings

Buffalo Wings is a famous American appetiser. Primarily seeped in sizzling flavours of hot sauce, this recipe is a fiery surprise and will surely make smoke come out of your ears!
The nomenclature, Buffalo Wings, would initially confuse anyone. No, it’s not made of actual buffaloes! The core element is chicken only. However, this specific combination of ingredients was first invented in Buffalo, USA. And hence, the name Buffalo Wings!
The other key component is hot sauce, which is just any sauce made with hot peppers. And trust me, this just changes the game altogether!
So go ahead, and try this super easy recipe for yourself, will ya!

Serves 2-4
250g chicken wings
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Step 1: Deep fry the chicken wings in oil. Drain aside on wire rack.
Step 2: Mix together melted butter, hot sauce, crushed garlic, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
Step 3: Toss the fried chicken wings into the mixture above so that they are coated well. Serve hot!
