Spaghetti Alio e Olio is a quintessential Italian pasta recipe. Extremely easy to prepare it is a delicious treat especially for kids as it is very light on spices too. Alio e Olio refers to garlic and oil in Italian; this recipe basically involves garlic and olive oil as its core ingredients.
Try this exotic yet easy Italian fare!

Ingredients:
Serves 8
500g Spaghetti pasta
1/3 cup olive oil
15 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp parsley
1 red chilli, chopped
Water for boiling

Method:
Step 1: Boil half a pan of water with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp olive oil. Add the Spaghetti pasta. Boil it as per the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a non-stick pan, before switching on the flame, add the olive oil and minced garlic. Now turn on the gas, and allow the garlic to infuse in the oil till it begins to change colour.
Step 3: Next add the drained Spaghetti pasta and toss well.
Step 4: Add 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Check seasoning.
Step 5: Sprinkle some parsley and red chilli. Serve hot!
